As your Representative in Topeka I will work to improve the business environment.
Provide incentives that encourage research and development of new energy sources.
Review and modify government regulations and taxes on business if warranted to make us
Competitive with the surrounding states so as to encourage the development of industry
and business within Kansas that will provide high paying jobs. We will increase the state
revenue by taxes to be recognized from the procuring of tools, equipment and jobs created
by new companies.
I will endeavor to bring jobs that will yield higher pay, training, leadership and
opportunities for the future of our Community and State.
The State of Kansas and City of Wichita is full of rich culture and a long and strong
heritage. We have top Universities, Hospitals and a variable cultural community which is
near the geographic center of our country. This is what makes us unique and an ideal place
to live and develop new business.
To this end we must present a positive image and be willing to compete with other states
and countries around the world to keep the industrial and manufacturing resources we
already have while positioning ourselves to welcome and sustain new business.
Together we will ensure that Kansas is a place of hope and opportunity our children's
future.
As your Representative in Topeka I can make a difference for our State and Community.
The continued loss of jobs is detrimental to Kansas and our citizens and we need to use all
resources available to maintain and improve employment opportunities.
We need a change of leadership in Topeka
We can't afford to have vote after vote against:
* Development of new power sources for the Future of our state
* Job development
* Improving business environment
* Stopping the continuing migration of business and Jobs to other states
* Basic Human rights
* The right to protect yourself and your property
